Are you getting this error then please follow the below instructions to to enable Third-party cookies for Microsoft
Google Chrome
open the settings menu (open new tab and enter chrome://settings/ in the navigation bar)
go to the Privacy and Security Section
Click Site settings
Click Cookies and site Data
Under Allow click Add
in the box that opens enter [*.]microsoftonline.com and click add
close the tab and try to reload the teams page
